Angelah Rose Beauty FAQs




Upon confirmation of your booking by email, completing your client form & paying your deposit you agree to the following.

 


Booking & payments:

To book email beauty@angelahrose.com

You will be sent an email which will include a new client form if you aren’t an existing client & invoice with your quote and deposit amount.
Your booking will not be secure until you have confirmed via email, completed and paid your deposit.
Your makeup booking can be made up to 24 hours before your booking if there are spots available.
Emergency bookings available.
Once your deposit has been made you are required to pay the full amount of the booking before the date of the booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.


Payments can be made by Laybuy, Cash or Bank Deposit to the nominated account shown on your invoice.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations made 48 or less will forfeit your deposit and full payment will be required.
If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then a cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given.


Travel:
Distances 15 minutes + from Angelah Rose beauty will cost $1 per km, this cost will be quoted in your invoice.

Privacy and personal information:
Your personal information will not be shared with any 2nd parties.  Allergy information or major contraindications must be stated. Angelah Rose uses Vegan, Cruelty free products to minimize risk of allergic reactions and skin irritations. In no event Angelah Rose takes liability,  for incidental, or consequential damages however characterized.
